The following actions can be done through the Filters panel or Manage
Filter wizard.
ADD A FILTER 1. Right-click anywhere on the Filters panel and select “Add Filter” and the
Create New Filter dialog box will appear. You can also add a filter
through the Manage Filter wizard.

2. In the “Filter Rules” section, set the rules for the filter that will
categorize the events.
3. Click the “More” button to create more filter rules, if required.
4. Select “Auto Acknowledge” to automatically acknowledge the events
that meet the rules.
