2. In the Polling Intervals (minutes) section, enter the polling cycle when

the status of the device is Good, Warning or Unreachable.

3. In the Polling Data section, enter the number of days in the Purge

status polling data after option. The polling data will be deleted after

the number of days specified in this field.

4. The Polling Properties section, has the following options:

Enter a number in the Number of echos field to set the.

Enter a number in the Time to live field.

■

Enter a number in the Timeout field.

5. Click Apply and then OK.

MAPPING You can customize the look and feel of the network topology map on the

Map view. To do this, perform the following steps:

1. From the left panel, select and expand the Element Manager option and

choose ECView Pro > Mapping. You will see the Mapping screen on

the right panel.

2. Select the Display tool. Tip check box if you want to activate the tool tip

pop ups that display every time you hover your mouse on a node in the

Map view.
