DISCOVERY - EXCLUDE

DEVICES

This option allows you to specify devices that you want to prevent from

being discovered.

To exclude a device, perform the following steps:

1. From the left panel, select and expand the Element Manager option and

choose ECView Pro > Discovery > Exclude Devices. You will see

the Exclude Devices screen on the right panel.

2. From the “Exclude Devices” section, select one of the following

options;

Select “Exclude IP Address” if you want to exclude certain devices

during discovery.

Select “Don’t Exclude” if you want to include all devices during

discovery.

3. In the Exclude IP address section, select one of the following options:

Select “A single IP address” option and enter the IP address of the

device that should be excluded.
