2. From the Preferences - Email Action dialog box, enter an SMTP server

address in the SMTP Server field.

Example: smtp.yourcompany.com

3. Enter an e-mail address to which you want the notification to be sent in

the SMTP User Mail field.

Example: notification@yourcompany.com

4. Enter a password for the SMTP account in the SMTP Password field.

5. Enter a port number for the SMTP account in the SMTP Server Port

field.

6. Select the SMTP Authenticate field if you want to authenticate the SMTP

account.

7. Click the Test button if you want to send a test mail.

8. Click Apply and then OK.
